KVKK Information Notice

1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by MetClinic Global as data controller for the purposes set out below. Contact details are provided at the end of this notice.

2. Categories of Personal Data Processed

Identity and contact data (name, phone, email) and, based on your explicit consent, special categories of health data (health information and photos) may be processed.

Transaction security data related to your use of the site (cookies and log records) may be processed.

3. Purposes of Processing

Your data is processed to respond to your request and coordinate the next steps, coordinate treatment processes, maintain communication, and fulfill legal obligations.

4. Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed based on the conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK; your special category health data is, as a rule, processed based on your explicit consent.

5. Transfers

Your data may be shared with the healthcare providers delivering treatment, contracted service providers, and authorized public authorities to the extent necessary to provide the service, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. We use WhatsApp and an email delivery provider (Resend) to communicate with you.

6. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You may exercise your rights to learn whether your data is processed, request information, request rectification or erasure, object to processing, and the other rights set out in the law.
