What to include in your enquiry
A clear first message helps us give you a more useful answer. You do not need to send everything at once, but the following details are helpful:
- The treatment or topic you would like information about
- Your country of residence and preferred language
- Any relevant medical conditions, previous procedures, allergies, or regular medication
- Your approximate travel window, if you are already planning a visit
- How you prefer to be contacted: phone, WhatsApp, or email
Photos and medical documents
Please do not send photos, test results, or other medical documents until a coordinator asks for them and explains how they will be used. Share only what is genuinely needed for the question you are asking.
When a coordinator does ask for documents, they will also explain which channel to use and who will be able to see them.
Response times
We aim to reply as soon as we reasonably can. Response times can vary with enquiry volume, time zones, and public holidays in Türkiye. If your question is time-sensitive, please say so in your first message. There is no need to send the same enquiry through several channels; one message is enough.
