What to prepare
Before we speak, note any long-term conditions, regular medication, allergies, and previous surgery. You can add your preferred travel window and the language you would like us to use in your note.
If photos are needed
The form does not ask for photos. If they are useful for the assessment, our team will ask for them by WhatsApp or email. Clear, unfiltered daylight photos of the relevant area from the front, both sides, and, where relevant, from above are usually enough.
What happens after you submit
